This is a great opportunity to brush up on your CPR skills or learn them for the first time. A qualified CPR Instructor will come to your home or office and on your schedule to teach up to 10 people.
Practice important skills such as CPR, using an AED and Choking sequences which are designed to provide the participant with the confidence needed to respond to emergency situations. Realistic content is based on current Canadian Red Cross Standards.
Workshops are 3 hours long and are available days, evenings and weekends.
Make a CPR Party and include some great giveaways for your guests.
Note: this is a Non-Certification workshop.

Taught by a qualified CPR Instructor, this 1/2 day course meets Canadian Standards for Basic Life-saving and CPR. Participants will learn in a variety of fun and interactive ways to demonstrate and practice skills.
3-year certification in Emergency First Aid CPR Level C
Canadian Red Cross offers a Blended Course where participants learn some theory online as well as hands-on skills time in a class setting.
Online portion = approx 4 hours (online learning time depends on learner)
Hands-on Class = 4.5 hours
This Canadian Red Cross Certification Courses are recommended for fitness professionals, health care workers/students, nannies, personal trainers, group fitness leaders, camp leaders and teachers.
Taught by a qualified CPR Instructor, this 1 day course meets Canadian Standards for Advanced Life-saving and CPR. Participants will learn more in depth skills and information in a variety of fun and interactive ways to demonstrate and practice skills.
3-year certification in Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR Level C & AED
Online: 8 hours
In Class: 6 - 8 hours
This courses offers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR.
