This is a great opportunity to brush up on your CPR skills or learn them for the first time. A qualified CPR Instructor will come to your home or office and on your schedule to teach up to 10 people.
Practice important skills such as CPR, using an AED and Choking sequences which are designed to provide the participant with the confidence needed to respond to emergency situations. Realistic content is based on current Canadian Red Cross Standards.
Workshops are 3 hours long and are available days, evenings and weekends.
