1 hour follow up consultation in the comfort of your home to address any ongoing concerns and to provide reassurance from last visit. This consult is available only as a follow up and not as an initial visit.

Virtual Consultation
1 hour virtual breastfeeding consultation, via your preferred device and app, includes all the benefits of a live visit except for hands on teaching. Ideal for new families who are concerned about virus protection, or who may live outside the GTA.

Research shows that prenatal classes increase confidence in new parents
All classes include a 'Feeding and Output Log' (PDF) with helpful tips and affirmations to support your earliest days with baby
Home Prenatal Class
Empower yourself before baby is born with everything you need to know about feeding baby on your time and in your place. Invite up to 4 members of your family or friends to support you. This 1.5 hour class, led by an experienced RN & IBCLC, will cover baby's early hunger cues, tips and tricks, and common concerns.
